SEC-001

Agreement to Legal Terms

By accessing vecopavq.com or registering for our English programs in Bali, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Vecopavq Language School provides language instruction and cultural integration services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and agents who interact with our digital presence or physical campus.

Academic Enrollment & Eligibility

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring they possess the necessary visa requirements for study in Indonesia. Our administration assists with documentation but does not guarantee visa approval from Indonesian authorities.

Account Security

Access to our student portal is personal. Sharing credentials with third parties or attempting to bypass security protocols is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Ownership of Content

All curriculum structures, lesson plans, audio-visual study aids, and proprietary teaching methods found on vecopavq.com or shared during courses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vecopavq Language School.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, re-recording, or commercial exploitation is forbidden.

Financial Commitments

Payments

Course fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the start date. We accept international bank transfers and major credit cards through our secure gateway.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the course start date qualify for a 90% refund. Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days prior qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days of the course start date.

Voucher Policy

In cases of documented medical emergencies, school credit (vouchers) may be issued at the discretion of the Academic Director, valid for 12 months.

Code of Conduct

Our school pride is built on mutual respect and cultural sensitivity. Whether in online forums or in Bali, students must adhere to basic standards of professionalism.

Zero Tolerance

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language targeting staff or fellow students will lead to immediate termination of service.

Digital Integrity

Users must not upload malware, scrap the site for data, or engage in any activity that disrupts the school's server infrastructure.
